Italian Cooking Course
During the lessons the teacher explains the menu of the day, provides information on the types of ingredients used and how to pick them.
Related readings regarding Italian cooking are distributed and students prepare recipes in the kitchen of Accademia Leonardo.
Specific subjects will be addressed such as elements of etiquette and custom.
At the end of the course a final dinner will give the students the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned.
